Best Way to Learn to Play the Bass.

Updated September 21, 2019 By Den 4 Comments

Most bass guitar players are self-taught. Most of them started with playing guitars and switch to bass.

If it is hard for guitar players to find good lessons, more so for bass guitar players. It is more like a specialized lesson.

Well, they say playing bass is way too easy,  well, try slap bass. So what is the best way to learn to play the bass?

Online lessons are the way to go as you can do it on your own time, in your home. There are free lessons on Youtube, but the problem is that it is only snippets of training, there is no continuity.

It is also recorded on a  single angle camera, which is very hard to follow and the video is made unprofessionally.

Learning through tabs is also difficult as there will be nobody to monitor your progress.

A friend who is a bass player will teach you in a way different than a professional bass guitar instructor.

Having a real instructor will avoid those bad habits that self-taught bass players will have as they learn.

Even those self-taught bass players that serve as your instructor will pass their bad habits to you too.

There is a website that offers structured training with progress follow-ups and with real professional bass guitar instructors.

They have high resolution streaming videos with multi-angles, so it will be much easier to follow. They teach from beginner level up to professional level.

You can learn any style, any genre, any technique and you can even learn a particular song.

All the songs on this website are duly licensed, so you are helping your favorite band by joining this website.

They also offer a 30-day money back guarantee as well as a seven-day free trial.

Now I have the codes to get you discounts when you want to upgrade. Please use this codes;

0713E7D01A – 25% off first month
4B926862C0 – 10% off all bass products (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

They claim that you will be the bass guitar player you want to be even if you haven’t touched a bass guitar or if you are a player trying to improve your playing skills.

This website is called JamPlay and maybe you know it already as it is very popular. So join now. Just click on the image /banner for more information.

How interesting. I never thought about bass guitar playing as a specialized skill, but of course it is. Fascinating niche. I very much enjoyed your post. It made me want to sign up, even though I do not even own a guitar! Something I never would have considered before. You also make the offer very attractive with the 7-day free trial and the discount offers. Altogether, a very nice website.
